Christmas is over already?

We can hardly believe Christmas has come and gone....already. We spent the week in Mpls to celebrate and had a lot of fun. We are lucky we made it in with that snow storm...but we made it. Jordan was a trooper with the big delay, he is such a good boy. Don't even get me started on the travel delay on the way home....Oh my we are happy to be home now! People always tell us how good J is. We are really lucky. He made lots of friends on the plane. He was waving and smiling and playing peek-a-boo.
Jordan enjoyed his Christmas this year and has become a pro at opening his presents. He should be by looking at how many he got. He sure is a spoiled!! He is a walking machine too-walking more and more every day. He gets SO excited and loves walking in between mommy and daddy. He gets the biggest smile, it is so cute!!! J had many late nights and many napless days while we were in Mpls, J was a good sport and was as happy as can be. Especially on Christmas day-now that was a long day for him, but a good one indeed. Thanks for everything! Shaddow and Abby are good pals. They miss each other

...Birthday (yesterday) uncle Ryan! We hope it was great!

We had a busy week with our bud. Not only did he split his lip for the first time, his 2 top teeth popped through AND he took 3 steps all by himself before squatting down, standing back up and taking 3 more steps-without holding onto anything! Thatta boy! He has been taking a step here and there for some time now and before we know it he is going to be running around and we are going to be very busy!! J has been so funny lately I can't stand it. He loves to wave at everyone and tries to get people's attention by waving-in 3 different styles now. If one waving style doesn't work, he tries another. If that wave doesn't work he tries another. If none of the above work, he tries to blow kisses. The other day we were out for lunch and he was waving at all of the servers that walked by, all of the lunchers and one guy thought he was waving at him because he looked like Santa-too cute! Then, yesterday we went out for lunch and he was waving at this table next to us the whole time and laughing and laughing. Then, he proceeded to throw everything onto the floor that he could get his hands on. J finally got that table's attention and they thought Jordan was pretty funny. So did we! HA!As you can see, his top lip is a lil puffy and red. Even though he hurt himself, he is still all smiles and giggles. Gawd we love this big boy! Such a big personality in such a cute lil bod. Feel better peanut, I hate when you get sick. As G-pa says, you have a leaky snot locker-HA

Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! G-ma and G-pa Herrmann came down to visit and we had a really nice time. It went from being around 65 degrees on T-day to snow yesterday!! It is just a dusting, it reminded us of "home" for a little bit, but are thankful that it is going to warm up again this week. The long weekend flew by-we had a delishus T-giving dinner, went to see some Christmas lights and even braved the crowds on black Friday. People are crazy is all I have to say. For some odd reason, we both woke up at 5 and decided to go. We woke up G-ma and G-pa, got J bundled up and hit the crowds shoppin! J was a really good boy-waving at everyone and blowing kisses. One lady really got a kick out of him for waving, he sure made her day! He also loves to watch the baby Einstein in the back seat. He points to the headrest whenever we put him in his carseat and he talks and talks while it is playing. So cute!! He really had fun playing with his G-parents. He can't wait to see them again in a few weeks. Thanks for coming!

Shaddow is getting ready for her G-parents visit. Time to rest! For some reason, everyone down here has to throw a razorback into their decor...
