New duds

Uncle Mike and Auntie Meggan gave me a fun new Nike outfit and I love it so much! Especially the hat. They got it for me all the way out in Portland, OR at the Nike headquarters company store. Thank you very much, I love it!

Jordan gets baptized

Jordan was baptized today! We are so proud of him. He was so good during the entire church service and even better during his baptism. He smiled at the pastor afterwards and smiled at the congregation as the pastor walked him down the aisles, introducing the newest member of the church. We then had our family's over for a tasty brunch. Thank you everyone for coming and for all of the nice gifts you gave to Jordan. We appreciate you celebrating Jordan's special day with us!

UPDATE: Auntie Meggan visited Jordan at school today and fed him some lunch. While feeding, Little Sophia was trying to crawl up Meggan's leg to get to Jordan. I think she is in love!
Then, in the afternoon, Jordan and little Lily were playing together in the gym. Lily was holding Jordan's hand the whole time. I think Lily is in love too! Oh Jordan, so many ladies, so little time.

So, I go out of town for a couple of days and when I got home, I decided to read over Jordan's daily report cards from school. On Wednesday, Jordan spent the day holding Sophia's hand and giggling. On Thursday, he spent the day playing with Lily. It looks like Jordan is quite the chick magnet and already has a couple of girlfriends at school. I have always said, he is not allowed to date until he is 25. I should have been a little more specific. What I meant to say is, Jordan can't date until he is 25 years old, not 25 days old. Mommy and daddy are going to have a chat with Sophia's and Lily's parents!!!

All of a sudden Shaddow got a burst of energy and was smiling and dancing around. Luckily I had the camera close by and snapped some pictures. Love ya Shaddow, you are so funny! I also love those gray eyebrows, so cute!

Jordan is 4 months old today!

Wow, 4 months old already! Jordan has come a long way since he was born. He is learning and discovering new things every day. It has been fun watching him go from discovering his hands to discovering his tongue, giggles, to recognizing people etc etc etc. We can't wait to see what he discovers next! We learned today that he is a very tall boy and very lean. Long and lean, that is a good combo. We love you bubs, happy 4 month bday! We are sorry you are sick, feel better soon please!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy First Valentine's Day to our lil bud! We hope you get better soon. Jordan has been sick all week and finally returned to school today-but was sent home early. He has the sniffles (sniffles is an understatement) and he still has no voice, his fever was gone and then it came back and he has a nasty cough. Poor thing. This is not how he wants to spend his first valentine's day. Even though he feels like poo, he is still all smiles for us. Jordan sends Valentine wishes to all!

7 years ago today, we adopted Shaddow from the humane society when we lived in Michigan. She was 8 months old when we brought her home. Happy anniversary Shaddow! She has come a long way in those 7 years! From being afraid of everything (the car, the stairs, Petsmart, etc) and being so shy, she is hardly the same dog now. She changed for the better and we love her.

Shaddow is enjoying her frosty paw right now. She loves them!

Future Razorback

We are on the road again! After almost 3 years in Mpls, the longest time we have lived anywhere since we started dating way back when, we are packing up and moving to Arkansas for a couple of years. Thank goodness Shaddow is an expert at moving by now, she can help show Jordan how it is done (sit back and let the movers handle everything-very challenging)! Even though we plan on visiting a lot, this will be the toughest move we have had yet. We will miss our families and friends more than anything and look forward to when we can come back! Although, it is in the 60s down there right now...that makes the move a little easier for us knowing that!

Jordan was a happy camper this morning before we headed off to school! I almost kept him home with me today! But, duty calls and I have a busy day.
This is our backyard right now. And because of this snow...it took me 2 hours to drop Jordan off at school and get back home to work. Guess I should have kept him at home today!

School wore me out!

I survived my first day of shool! The teachers said that i love to be snuggled-which is true. I can't get enough of it! Daddy came to visit me and so did auntie Meggan. Both got to hold and talk to me. I was so tired from school that mommy had to wake me up at 6 this morning to change me into my clothes and to feed me. I slept the entire time! Then, my daddy brought me to school and wouldn't you know it, I slept through the entire car ride! Then, daddy dropped me off and..still sleeping i was! Daddy put me in my crib at school and went off to work. I can't wait to tell them all about my day today when i get home.

Here I am, off to day #2 at school! I am beat!

First day of school

It was a busy morning, we dropped Jordan off for his first day of school! I held up pretty well, I teared up after we left. I should mention that I was holding him there for about 30 minutes before they could pry him away from me. They were very nice though and told me I could stay as long as I wanted. If I didn't leave, I would still find myself there at 5:00 tonight. The teachers there loved his first day of school duds. They said he was the best dressed boy at daycare! :)

Grampa Harrington comes to visit!

I had a big weekend! I got to meet my grampa Harrington for the first time since I was born! He and Carol came to visit from Florida where they live. From what i hear, Florida is tad warmer than it is up here. Thanks for coming to visit me!

Mommy's second overnight away, 2 Friday's in a row!

Mommy and daddy went out of town again Friday night. This time I played with grampyo during the day and then with gramamia, grampyo, their puppy Abby, my big sis Shaddow and my cousin Ryder Friday night. Ryder liked to run around the center island in the kitchen. I can't wait until I can run around like that! I was a really good boy. I was smiling and talking and I slept through the night.
